 Application and Instructions for use

Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. 1. ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1 : 5000 depending on the concentration of RT in the test system. P66(RT) capture Elisa may be performed at a minimum dilution of 1:2000 for RT capture assays.
