  DESCRIPTION: Peroxidase conjugated Murine Anti-tat HIV-1 mAb.

MOLAR RATIO: 2 - 4 peroxidase molecules per molecule of mAb.

SPECIFICITY: Peroxidase conjugated Murine Anti-tat mAb binds to native and recombinant tat HIV-1 in ELISA and Western ELISA.

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY: None.

APPLICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Recommended dilutions for use are approximate values.  A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications.

1. ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1 : 1000 depending on the concentration of tat in the test system.  tat capture ELISA may be performed in 1 : 500 dilution range depending on the capture ligand concentration and tat concentration in the test sample.
